Meet Samantha Holmgren

Introverted, Compassionate, Curious

Strengths:

I’d say my biggest strength is also my weakness: my multi-passionate nature. I am interested in a lot of different things, which leads me to learn about a variety of topics and develop a diverse set of skills. However, it also means I sometimes take on a little bit too much. This in turn has fuelled my organizational skills.

Topics of expertise:

Depression, anxiety, building habits, burnout, and chronic illness/chronic pain

3 ways to describe your talk:

  • Authentic
  • Optimistic
  • Encouraging

Presenters are chosen at random to allow for equitable participation in our program.
